Values & Attitudes
Organizational change is, at its core, a change of culture. When the gap between the company's values on paper and the attitudes of employees every day closes, change is permanent. That is why in OCM studies, we clearly define concrete norms of behavior that support the new strategy and goals.
We center values such as open communication, trust, continuous learning, and the ability to experiment without fear of making mistakes. We support the management to make employees and leaders who behave in accordance with the new norms visible, and to adopt these norms throughout the company through recognition and reward mechanisms.
